  • Hello,
We are testing a new site which has both UX Builder and Litespeed Cache plugin. The issue we are experiencing is that the Flatsome UXbuilder doesn’t load correctly with Litespeed cache enabled. The builder enters a loading loop until cache is disabled. Please advise if we can exclude something from cache plugin to resolve this.

Here is an example url whilst UX Builder is trying to load.

Maybe we can exclude something from this url within the cache?

  • Hi @furnituresuppliesuk ,

You can add uxbuilder to the Do Not Cache URI’s Section to make this work.

    Refer – https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/wiki/doku.php/litespeed_wiki:cache:lscwp:configuration:excludes#do_not_cache_uris

    Hello!

I tried this, but still not working for me. I have same error mentioned by @furnituresuppliesuk

    Anyone have other solution?

    Thank you.

Thank you for your reply @furnituresuppliesuk 🙂

    I tried in both fields.

Cleared browser cache. Tried different browser. Tried incognito mode.

While litespeed is enabled, is generating the loading loop all screen in black.

In the moment I disable litespeed, the uxbuilder load very fast.

Maybe is there any other option I am using like CSS minify, etc.

I will try to disable cache completly to Administrator role or managing .htaccess rules.

    Regards!

Sure, I am trying a lot of combinations and checking in slax with litespeed team

Please, add this path on JS exclusion:

    /wp-content/themes/flatsome/assets/js/builder/core/vendors.js

I found it with old method, try error, try error…

I am not a developer, so I don’t have enough knowledge. I started one by one, enabling and disabling all buttons on optimization tab due while disabling cache (using button) still the issue.

I found the issue is while JS minify and/or combine, in both situations. After user chrome inspect in the uxbuilder I found two js, tested with both but only needed to be excluded the mentioned here.

I expect will work for you too 🙂

Thank you for share here too!

Good to know. If in any update stop working one method, we can try to use the other one.

I understand that the .js is used exclusivelly for the editor can work, not for finished page, for this reason don’t affect to your gtmetrix values.

Litespeed is great, probably better plugin I tried (and I think I tried all of them in last years, I pay for some too), but is not easy to setup properly for complex stores or scenarios. I fighted a lot and continue playing with it hehe 🙂

    Hi,

I tried everything you said. But It’s not working.

I disabled LiteSpeed, console said “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘element’ of undefined
    at t.elementFromPoint (editor.js?ver=3.10.1:3)
    at t.shortcodeFromPoint (editor.js?ver=3.10.1:3)
    at t.value (editor.js?ver=3.10.1:2)”

    Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected string”

    I enabled LiteSpeed;

    Only said: ”
    Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected string”

    Can you help me?

I can confirm that @rafasshop method on JS exclusion:

    /wp-content/themes/flatsome/assets/js/builder/core/vendors.js

    works perfectly.
